Laila rolled over, finally figuring out that her arms are no match for her rotational acceleration. She was playing on her activity mat (
more photographs of that past-time), which she inherited from Matthew, and looking at herself in the fabric-wrapped mirror. She rolled on to her stomach, seemed somewhat surprised, and then sucked her thumb for a moment before rolling on to her back.
