Today three families from our Lamaze class came over to play. Alexander, Aya, and Enzo all spent a few hours hanging out, and towards the end of the afternoon all four babies gathered together on a play mat for their parents' photograph adoration.

We have been visiting the many nearby community gardens on our neighbourhood walks.

At two months, Laila weighed 11 lbs. 4 oz (5.1 kg), a gain of just over 2 lbs. (.94 kg); grown another inch, to 22 in. (56 cm), and gained another few cm of head circumference. A month ago, she was not only smaller but her temperament was quite different: at today's visit, she was looking around the room and fixing her eye on different objects.
She received vaccinations for Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (DPaT); Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib); and Polio (IPV), following the New York State schedule for child vaccination.
